Where they started.
Meridian Precision Manufacturing had invested heavily in a modern Irvine headquarters, but the interior told none of its story. Bare white lobby walls, unbranded conference rooms, and a blank reception area made a company known for exacting engineering feel generic and forgettable to the OEM clients it hosted for facility tours. Leadership also wanted the space to reinforce culture and safety values for a growing workforce, but had no visual language on the walls to do it. The disconnect between Meridian's premium products and its plain environment was undercutting first impressions where high-value contracts were often won.
What we built.
We ran a discovery session with Meridian's leadership and marketing team to translate their brand pillars, milestones, and process into a visual narrative, then mapped it to the building's key moments: reception, the client tour route, conference rooms, and shared employee spaces. We designed a dimensional reception logo, large-format lobby feature walls telling the company's precision-engineering story, frosted privacy graphics for glass-walled meeting rooms, and motivational culture and safety graphics along production-facing corridors. Everything was produced on premium architectural-grade materials, dimensional elements and printed wall murals alike, and installed with minimal disruption to a working office and plant floor.
The results
- Lobby and tour route transformed into a branded narrative that anchors client visits
- Frosted conference-room graphics added privacy while extending the brand into meeting spaces
- Culture and safety graphics gave leadership a daily, visible reinforcement of core values
- Sales leadership reported stronger first impressions and momentum during on-site client tours
“Clients used to walk through a blank building. Now the walls tell them exactly who we are before we say a word, and it shows in how tours go.”
