Acceptance of terms

By using Factory Wraps's website or services, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please don't use our site or services.

Quotes and pricing

Pricing shown on this site is for general guidance. Final pricing is provided in writing after we've seen your vehicle and confirmed the scope. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.

Warranties

Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer (3M or Avery Dennison) per their published terms. Our workmanship warranty covers installation defects for 2 years from install date and is voided by improper care, pressure washing, brush car washes, or accidents.

Deposit and cancellation

A 50% deposit is required to schedule an install. Cancellations 7+ days before install are fully refundable. Within 7 days, deposit is applied to a rescheduled appointment within 90 days.

Vehicle condition

We install on factory paint in good condition. We will inspect your vehicle before installation begins and document any pre-existing damage, paintwork, or rust. Installing over compromised paint may void warranties; we will discuss this in writing before proceeding.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by California law. Disputes will be resolved in Riverside County courts.
