Where they started.

Anaheim Coast Auto Group sat on a busy commercial corridor with enormous glass frontage, yet that glass did almost no selling. The showroom windows were bare, the service drive was unbranded, and every promotional push meant paying for cheap one-off banners that sagged, wrinkled, and looked discount rather than premium. Manufacturer co-op guidelines were inconsistently applied, and the general manager had no fast, repeatable way to swap seasonal offers without another rush order. The dealership wanted its storefront to communicate brand prestige and current incentives to the steady stream of drivers passing on the corridor.

What we built.

We treated the entire glass envelope as one branded canvas, combining permanent frosted-vinyl brand elements with a modular system of removable perforated window film and swappable promo panels. Perforated film on select windows preserved daylight and interior visibility from inside while presenting full-color graphics to the street. We built a template kit aligned to manufacturer co-op standards so seasonal offers could be reprinted and reinstalled quickly without redesign. All film was certified optically clear or perforated media rated for storefront durability, professionally installed bubble-free after hours to avoid disrupting sales floor traffic.

The results

  • Blank showroom and service-drive glass converted into always-on branded selling space
  • Modular promo panels let staff refresh seasonal offers in days instead of reordering banners
  • Manufacturer co-op branding applied consistently across the entire storefront
  • Sales team credited the new window presence with a noticeable lift in unplanned walk-ins
“The storefront went from invisible to impossible to miss. We change our offers in an afternoon now, and up-down traffic on the lot is way up.”
Tony Ramirez, General Manager, Anaheim Coast Auto Group
