Where they started.
IronLine Regional Freight ran 22 box trucks out of a Fontana yard, but their trailers were a rolling advertisement for inconsistency. Trucks acquired from different sources wore leftover decals from prior owners, hand-applied vinyl numbers, and no unified identity, which undercut IronLine's pitch to warehouse clients who valued professionalism at the dock. The company also struggled to recruit drivers in a tight market and had no on-vehicle presence promoting open positions. Night deliveries raised a further concern: with minimal reflective marking, the fleet's visibility and safety profile lagged behind larger competitors.
What we built.
We designed a scalable partial-wrap system that delivered a premium full-color look on the high-impact rear and lower side panels while controlling cost across a large fleet. The identity paired a strong logo lockup with DOT-compliant number placement, a recruiting call-to-action, and reflective certified vinyl accents engineered to catch headlights at loading zones and on night routes. Because the trucks came in several box lengths, we templated the artwork to reflow cleanly across each size. Installations were sequenced around IronLine's dispatch schedule so trucks were wrapped during natural downtime, keeping every delivery commitment intact.
The results
- 22 box trucks brought under one consistent, professional brand identity clients recognize at the dock
- Reflective graphics improved nighttime visibility and reinforced the fleet's safety posture
- On-truck recruiting message generated a steady stream of qualified driver inquiries
- Partial-wrap strategy delivered a high-end appearance while keeping per-vehicle cost efficient
“Our trucks finally look like the company we actually are. Warehouse partners notice, and we're even recruiting drivers straight off the back doors.”
