Start the Conversation

Six steps. Zero surprises.

We've refined this process across decades of commercial branding work since 1994. It's how we make sure the finished work matches what you imagined.

  1. Discovery & Project Review

We review your goals, surfaces, artwork, and requirements up front.

Every project starts with a real conversation. We review your goals, project scope, artwork, measurements, surfaces, coverage, location, schedule, budget, and delivery or installation requirements, whether that's a single vehicle, a fleet, a storefront, an office buildout, a trade-show booth, or printing and installation only.

    • Goals, scope, and coverage review
    • Artwork, brand standards, and reference gathering
    • Measurements and surface assessment
    • Location, access, and installation requirements
    • Schedule and budget alignment
  2. Written Estimate & Project Approval

A detailed written estimate: no verbal guesses, no surprises.

You receive a detailed written estimate outlining the approved scope, materials, design, printing, finishing, installation, shipping, travel, and applicable project requirements. Once the estimate is approved and payment requirements are completed, your project moves into design, artwork review, or production preparation.

    • Line-item written estimate with material specs
    • Design, production, and installation scope
    • Shipping and travel where applicable
    • Clear payment and approval terms
    • Approval before any work begins
  3. Design & Artwork Preparation

Custom design (a paid service) or a review of your print-ready files.

The required deposit must be received before any design work begins. When paid design services are included, we create custom artwork and provide proofs for review. We can also work with qualified, print-ready files supplied by your advertising agency, marketing team, professional designer, or trade-printing customer. Artwork is reviewed for size, resolution, color, fonts, bleeds, overlaps, cut paths, and panel layouts.

    • Custom design and proofs with paid design services
    • Collaboration with your agency, marketing team, or designer
    • Print-ready file preflight and prepress review
    • Bleeds, overlaps, cut paths, and panel planning
    • Vehicle templates available at additional cost
  4. Artwork Approval & Production

Approved files go to production on premium 3M and Avery media.

Production begins after the artwork, measurements, materials, and project specifications are approved. Your graphics may be printed, laminated, contour cut, trimmed, labeled, packaged, and finished according to the approved application. Materials are selected based on the surface, location, exposure, and intended use.

    • Brand color matching and proofing
    • Large-format printing on premium media
    • Protective lamination where required
    • Contour and computer-cut patterns
    • In-house quality check before install
  5. Scheduling, Preparation & Installation

Certified installers, on-site at your qualified location.

When installation is included, we coordinate access, scheduling, site requirements, vehicle availability, equipment, travel, and any phased or multi-location needs. Approved vehicles, windows, walls, display components, and other surfaces are inspected, cleaned, and properly prepared before professional installation by certified 3M and Avery installers.

    • Access, scheduling, and site coordination
    • Surface inspection, cleaning, and preparation
    • Certified on-site or mobile installation
    • Heat-set curves, clean edges and seams
    • Phased and multi-location coordination
  6. Final Inspection & Completion

A final quality review, then handoff, delivery, or nationwide shipping.

We complete a final quality inspection and review the finished project before installation, delivery, or nationwide shipping. Applicable care instructions, project information, and material or workmanship terms are provided at completion.

    • Final quality inspection
    • Photo documentation of finished work
    • In-person walkthrough where applicable
    • Care instructions and project information
    • Applicable coverage terms explained in writing
