Direct-to-Substrate Flatbed Printing

Flatbed printing straight onto rigid panels.

Factory Wraps prints graphics directly onto rigid panels (acrylic, aluminum composite, PVC, wood, glass, and foam board) using flatbed large-format printing. Printing straight to the substrate skips the printed-vinyl-and-mount step, giving a smoother, more durable finish for signs, displays, and dimensional graphics. We print to standard sheets or panels cut to your dimensions, with edge-to-edge color and optional white or layered ink for opacity.

Why It MattersFlatbed printing straight onto rigid panels.

Printing directly onto the panel removes the vinyl, laminate, and mounting layers, so the graphic cannot bubble, lift, or peel at the edges the way an applied print sometimes can. It produces a cleaner, flatter, more rigid sign, and it allows white ink and second-surface graphics that mounted vinyl cannot match. For signage and displays that need to look built rather than stuck on, direct-to-substrate is the stronger method.
