Do you laminate every wrap panel before shipping?

Yes. Every printed panel ships with a matched overlaminate applied (gloss, satin, or matte to suit the finish you sold), so your installer works with protected, print-ready film and never has to laminate in-house.

Is this blind-ship, or will my client see Factory Wraps?

Blind-ship by default. Panels go out with your packing slip and no Factory Wraps branding, so your client only ever sees your name on the box and on the invoice. Private-label options are available if you want your own label printed on the roll.

What happens if a panel prints wrong?

If the color or output is off because of a production error on our end, we reprint it at no charge under our reprint guarantee. We flag file problems at preflight before the run, so the only reprints that happen are ours to own.
