How pricing works.

Every Factory Wraps project is quoted in writing after we review your details and talk through the scope. Here is what drives the cost, what a written quote covers, and how to get one.

What drivesthe cost.

No two projects cover the same surfaces in the same conditions, so we price each one on its own terms. These are the factors that move a quote up or down.

  • Scope and coverage: full wrap, partial wrap, lettering, a single storefront, or a multi-site rollout
  • Surface area and the number of surfaces, vehicles, or locations
  • Materials matched to the surface, exposure, and expected service life
  • Surface condition and the preparation it needs
  • Access, location, scheduling, and installation conditions
  • Design complexity and artwork requirements
  • Quantity and repeat runs for fleets and multi-location programs

Materials

We specify premium 3M and Avery films and print media, matched to where the graphic lives: a fleet van in Inland Empire sun, a storefront window, a lobby wall, or a trade show display. Longer-life materials and protective laminates cost more up front and are the right call for anything that has to look sharp for years. Your written quote names the material and finish so you know exactly what is going on the surface.

Design is quoted separately

Custom design and artwork are quoted separately from prints and installation. We can also work with qualified, print-ready files supplied by your agency, marketing team, or designer. Either way, the design scope is spelled out in your written quote before any work begins.

Installation and site factors

Installation is scoped to the job: a single vehicle or a staged fleet, ground-level glass or lift work, one location or a coordinated multi-site rollout. Access, working hours, surface prep, travel, and any site survey requirements are built into the quote rather than added later. On-site and nationwide installation are available for qualified projects.

What your written quote includes

  • Approved scope, coverage, and materials
  • Prints and professional installation
  • Design and artwork (a paid service) where included
  • Shipping and travel where applicable
  • Production and installation timeline
  • Clear payment and approval terms

How the processworks.

We review your submitted information first, then schedule a brief call, then send your written quote.

  1. Submit your project

Send photos, dimensions or vehicle details, artwork if you have it, locations, and your target date through the contact form, or use the detailed project form if you have the full scope.

  2. We review

We review the details, confirm the surfaces and materials, and identify anything that needs a site survey or a file check.

  3. Brief call

A short phone call to confirm scope, options, and schedule, so the quote reflects the actual job and not a guess.

  4. Written quote and timeline

You receive a detailed written quote with scope, materials, design, installation, and timeline spelled out. Work begins after approval.
